Order Medical Guide for Seafarers

Please use the below form to make your order. It is very important that you enter the correct information in the fields below. The total number of products must correspond to the number of users. The added users can not have the same e-mail.

You must register at least one user when ordering the physical Medical Guide for Seafarers, e.g. if you order five copies, you must a least register one user. It is not possible to register more users than the total number of orders.
